1. Acceptance of Terms

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid payment method (such as your bKash or Nagad mobile number). Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Full legal name matching your government-issued ID.
• A unique, valid email address and active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your current residential address (city, district — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, or elsewhere in Bangladesh).

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. 7g7 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where reasonable care was not taken by the account holder.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7g7 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Deposits made to claim a specific promotion must adhere to the minimum deposit requirements stated in the promotion's terms.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). We aim to complete all verified withdrawals as quickly as possible. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid national ID (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued document.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Active bonus balances with pending wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• 7g7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within a 24-hour period.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7g7 platform. Any user found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 7g7 as a conduit for the movement of illicit funds.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, withdrawal limits, or account suspensions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live table games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
